In order to make a request to get the accommodation, you should fulfill and sign the documents attached below:

- Application for a place in the dormitory

- GDPR statement

Completed and signed documents + photo must be sent to the e-mail address: akademik@mans.org.pl; write in the title of the email your full name and AKADEMIK (it's "dormitory" in Polish).

Information about the allocated place in the dormitory will be sent to e-mail.  

As soon as one of the rooms will be free, the Head of the dormitory will contact you via email.
